About the Role

We are hiring a Warehouse & Purchasing Coordinator to keep our projects stocked, organized, and on schedule, working from our office and warehouse in Langhorne, PA. You will order materials for active remodeling projects, receive and stage deliveries, keep our Langhorne warehouse organized, and make sure every purchase is tracked to the right job. About 80% of your time will support Ryann Reed Design Build, with the rest supporting Good Boy Roofing & Siding and general company purchasing. If you are the kind of person who labels everything, loves a good checklist, and gets satisfaction from things running smoothly, this role is for you. Entry-level candidates are welcome; we will train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Order materials for remodeling projects based on budgets, plans, and client selections
• Track open orders and delivery dates and flag delays early
• Receive and inspect deliveries, then stage and label materials by job for our crews
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and inventoried
• Handle returns and make sure we get credit for them
• Match invoices to orders and help resolve billing issues
• Compare supplier pricing and build strong vendor relationships
• Enter and track purchases in JobTread, our project management system

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (this is a must)
• Experience in purchasing, warehouse, inventory, receiving or a related role is preferred but not limited to for an entry level candidate. 
• General knowledge of construction materials (lumber, drywall, tile, plumbing and electrical fixtures, roofing and siding products) is a strong plus
• Clear, proactive communicator who follows through without being chased
• Comfortable with computers: Google Sheetsl, email, and learning new software
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; forklift experience a plus

Compensation

$45,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience. Benefits: health, dental, vision, and PTO.
