Position Overview

Ryann Reed Design Build is looking for a skilled Residential Carpenter to join our team for a variety of remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, and full-home renovations. As a key member of our team, you will engage in hands-on carpentry work and collaborate with our team of professionals to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, tile, and finish work
• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to complete projects
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all phases of construction
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Proactively identify and address issues that may arise on the job site

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of residential carpentry experience
• Proficient in using both hand and power tools
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-$30 per hour, based on experience

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Day shift (start time varies by project location)

Work Environment

• Residential construction sites
