About the Role

Ryann Reed Design Build is hiring a Residential Remodeling Handyman to support ongoing renovation projects in the Langhorne area. This position focuses on hands-on work across kitchens, bathrooms, and interior home upgrades. You'll work alongside a small, experienced team delivering high-quality results for homeowners.



What You'll Do

  • Complete hands-on tasks for residential remodeling projects, including repairs and installations
  • Perform basic electrical and plumbing work within scope and safety standards
  • Handle carpentry tasks such as framing, trim, drywall repair, and finishing work
  • Assist with tile work, painting, and general interior improvements
  • Address punch list items and help bring projects to completion
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout each phase of work
  • Coordinate with project leads to maintain quality and timelines


Qualifications

  • Experience in residential remodeling, handyman work, or skilled trades
  • Working knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic electrical/plumbing
  • Ability to follow plans, instructions, and project specifications
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on active job sites
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per year (based on experience)
