Position Overview

Ryann Reed Design Build is seeking an experienced Residential Carpenter to support remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full-home renovations. This role involves hands-on carpentry work and collaboration with a small, professional team.



Key Responsibilities

  • Complete framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, tile, and finish work
  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
  • Maintain quality standards across all phases of construction
  • Work with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
  • Identify and address job site issues as they arise


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Compensation & Benefits

  • $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
