Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to help drive business development and growth within the home improvement sector. This role involves engaging potential clients, presenting our services, and ultimately closing sales while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver Sales presentations and detailed estimates for our services.
  • Consult with clients in their homes to assess their needs and recommend the best home improvement solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales in a competitive environment.
  • Collaborate with our project management team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activity logs using our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and sales strategies.
  • Prospect and generate new business within the assigned territory, with a focus on roofing, windows, doors, gutters, gutter guards, and attic insulation.


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of sales experience in home improvement, construction, or related industries (experience with roofing, windows, doors, gutters, gutter guards, or attic insulation preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales with a focus on closing deals and generating revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, product presentations, and closing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Commission: Competitive commissions scale with the earning potential of $100,000 - $120,000 first year.
  • Commission structure: Aggressive commission plan that rewards high performers.

Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday, typical business hours.
  • Evening and Saturday client meetings may be required.
