About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic, organized, and client-focused Sales/Design Manager to join our growing team. This individual will oversee the full pre-construction process for Ryann Reed Design Buildfrom initial client inquiry through signed construction agreementsand also drive all sales efforts for Remodeling Concepts. This is a key leadership position bridging creativity, strategy, and performance across two respected home improvement brands.

Key Responsibilities:

For Ryann Reed Design Build:

• Manage all client-facing activities before authorization of a construction agreement, including consultations, scope development, and design collaboration.
• Coordinate with designers, estimators, and production team to ensure seamless project development.
• Assist with the proposal and presentation process to close high-end residential projects.
• Ensure clients are guided with professionalism and clarity through the design and budgeting phases.
• Manage all sales team members along with metric tracking and commissions

For Remodeling Concepts:

• Own and execute the entire sales process for exterior remodeling projects (roofing, siding, windows).
• Manage inbound leads, ensuring sit rates and close rates are constantly improving
• Coordinate handoff to production team post-sale with clear communication and documentation.
• Manage all sales team members along with metric tracking and commissions

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential construction sales, design-build project development, or similar roles.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple timelines and projects at once.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction, design-build, or exterior remodeling sales.
• Strong understanding of construction scopes, timelines, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in construction software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
