If you're ready to bring your skills to a team that values quality, integrity, and attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you. <h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Perform&nbsp;general handyman work&nbsp;on residential remodeling and renovation projects.</li><li>Handle&nbsp;light electrical and plumbing tasks&nbsp;safely and efficiently.</li><li>Execute&nbsp;carpentry work,&nbsp;including framing, drywall repairs, and finish work.</li><li>Complete varied&nbsp;construction tasks and installs&nbsp;as needed for project support.</li><li>Work with our project team to ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain a safe and organized work environment.</li><li>Punchlist and projects as needed</li></ul> <h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a&nbsp;Handyman, Skilled Tradesperson, or Remodel Technician.</li><li>Strong knowledge of&nbsp;electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tile setting, drywall repairs, and painting.</li><li>Ability to read plans and follow project instructions.</li><li>A&nbsp;team player&nbsp;with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.</li></ul> <h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Salary:&nbsp;$55,000$65,000 per year (based on experience).</li><li>Bonus Pay:&nbsp;Performance-based bonus opportunities available.</li><li>Consistent, year-round work with a growing, stable company.</li><li>Supportive team culture with opportunities for growth in residential remodeling.</li></ul>
